Green Retreats were absolutely fantastic. This is quite simply the most straight-forward building project we've ever done. GR's online portal made the whole process so easy to manage, there was always a human being at the end of a phone if we had any questions and every member of staff that we met was polite and very helpful. The garden room itself is a fantastic addition to our home and we're absolutely thrilled with it. Nick and his team were incredible, even working steadily in snowy conditions. An all-round great experience with this company - can't recommend highly enough!
