Extremely impressed with Green Retreats from start to finish We ordered a 7 x 4m Pinnacle cabin From the initial survey, flexibility with the online configuration, customer service responsiveness and excellent quality of workmanship - it’s been a seamless and very efficient and consistently high quality experience from start to end I had a number of queries and requests, which were all dealt with very efficiently. My wife and I are very happy with the end result We’ve worked with other building / renovation companies in the past - but this was by far the best experience Each of the specialist workers (foundation, plasterer, painter, electrician, aircon) were very consultative and capable, as was the customer service rep (Rachel) In particular I’d like to call out Matt and his team who did the bulk of the work building the cabin, working tirelessly until late in the evening to get the job done on time.
