Great customer service. Fast delivery. Bean bag was very nice and well finished. However, the beans inside should be instockinette bags so that they can be removed to allow for cleaning the cover. I had to throw them away and buy more beans in stockinette bags. Also the zip was very small making it very hard to empty and fill the bean bag
