Reading all these positive reviews Wondering what has gone wrong in my case
My landlord advised me Diamond Build Group would phone me last Monday re urgent works on my rental property
No one rang so I have chased twice and am told someone will call me back, no timescale can be provided and no one has called me back
Was advised to send an email and response would be that day if not the next - no response
why am I so unlucky considering everyone else treated so well
Appreciate a response from Diamond Build Group if anyone reads this
