My husband and I went to the Bath Road, Heathrow Marriott Hotel location. Our experience there was above perfection. We arrived at our appointments very late due to flight delays and issues getting to the testing location. The manager (who I forget her name), was amazing and got us tested right when we walked in. The staff were super nice, which was a refreshing interaction after traveling for almost 24 hours straight. We felt welcome- we even chatted with the staff. The testing experience was fast and easy. The results came way before the 24hr promise time on the website, which allowed us to enjoy more of our trip to the UK. I cannot recommend this testing company enough.
