Booked day 2 tests for visitors then told by them that it could take 5 days to get the results - offered to send me tests early to avoid delays ! Even though the visitors were not here to take the tests. Due to advised delays I tried to cancel in good time as results would not arrive until my visitors had returned home.
Refund refused even though they are unable to provide service paid for.
Avoid this company - very poor service
