From start to finish, the customer service has been incredible. I found comfort beds on the Internet, went to their store and spoke with an amazing gentleman called Kas. He took his time to understand what I was after, went through the range of materials and let me take some away. He was in regular contact whilst making sure the measurements were right and that I would be satisfied before proceeding. They delivered and installed for me and the bed is exactly what I wanted for an amazing price. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services in the future. Thank you so much
