Unfortunately I can't review Campbells products as I have yet to receive my order.
I got a message from their carrier DPD that my parcel from Campbells had been delivered to my address. I'm writing to confirm that the parcel was NOT delivered to me or to my address on 19/04/24 (I was in all day so I know Ryan, the driver, never came to my house)
The picture of where he'd left the parcel was just a Campbells box on a concrete square -no picture of the actual property that he'd supposedly delivered to (though he said he'd left it in my porch as requested - this is nonsense and I don't have a porch)
I phoned DPD and a lady said someone would call from the depot. A lady did ring from Cardiff depot to apologise and said she'd ask the driver to return to where he had dumped the parcel and deliver it to me. He didn't. Neither did anyone else ring me back to confirm that Ryan would be returning or not (although I was promised that that would happen within the hour).
I beieve that the parcel must have been retrieved from wherever Ryan had dumped it as I got a message that it was being returned to Campbells on Sunday21/04/24
This is so disappointing as I was looking forward to Campbells products. Up until now Campbells have been very efficient when I need help but I just wish they would use a different delivery company as DPD are not good - I used the DPD app to give them driving directions, phone number and a picture of my property for their driver to see but he still took it elsewhere (and no one has yet told me where he did dump it)
I would like to know what happens next, will I get a fresh box? Where and when will it be delivered? Can I make different arrangements for delivery as DPD are clearly not up to the task?
