We were communicated with throughout the process with updates. Everyone we spoke to was polite and informative. The claim we made against St James Place was upheld and we have been informed we will receive compensation. The sting in the tale is they take 50% in commission ( 40% plus vat) so half the figure you are advised you have been rewarded.
