I was picked up from T5 on the 1st of June by a driver hardly spook any english. We were about to have an accident 3 times on the M25 and the M1.
We were very happy to get our of the car. I called the office 3 times to talk to the manager but no answer back.
Please make sure who is taking you home or away it was not safe, and no customer service at all.
