I have purchased from this company over a few years, I find them to be extremely unfriendly and full of indifference. You are almost afraid to ask a question because it is meant with an abrupt reply which lacks any empathy or effort to understand the point being made. I am disabled and have learning disabilities i find their approach unpleasant and unproductive. I am highly disappointed that a company of this type lacks basic ethics. I feel regret for the few people I encountered their mainly a chap in the warehouse who is polite and willing to help. This is let down by the sales staff in particular who have an attacking and sharp approach. In effect they also devalue the brands they represent.
