ordered a pair of Levi sta prest on the 25th Novemeber, due to be delivered within 2/3 working days, received email to say they were busy and it might take an extra day.. Phoned on the Friday, 5 days later, and was told that the order was packed and due to be shipped, popped in on Saturday to see if they had been sent, and if not, then to collect in person, and was told that they were in a pile downstairs but no-one was available to get them for me. Left in until today, Tuesday, 9 days after purchase, spent 15 minutes on the phone to be told that actually they couldn't find them, therefore they had not been packed and were not due to be shipped!! Apparently the girl who spoke to me 'understood exactly how I felt', I don't think she does!!
