READ TO THE END I had a lovely little lady jessica who helped me out with exactly what I needed! She was polite and said that you would assist me and do whatever she can to make things right! Fantastic customer service right? ! OR SO I THOUGHT!!!! SHE IS JUST THE SAME AS THE REST OF THIS SCETCHY SHI**Y COMPANY! SHE PROMISED TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND EVEN ASSURED ME IT WAS CLOSED, IT IS NOT I CAN STILL LOG IN AND MY CARD INFO WAS STILL THERE ..... i found a way to go in and close it myself! STAY AWAY! SHADY, RUDE AND THEY WILL KEEP YOUR PAYMENT ON FILE EVEN AFTER CLOSING! AND IF YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE A QUESTION THEY CANT ANSWER THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT SO YOU CANT EVEN GET IN TO ACCESS IT OR DELETE YOUR CARD OR INFO! I am reporting these guys to my bank tomorrow and getting a new card and all of the charges made after I asked to cancel my card (thank goodness I kept copies of the entire conversations and got the transcript sent to me I highly recommend doing so if you need to do anything with this company) will be reported as fraud! I wish I could add photos, it says I can but does not give me the option to.
