I bought Ipad with extended warranty from John Lewis it stopped charging within warranty period and they asked me to send a picture. there was a scratch on the screen and they said sorry that scratch voids warranty . No damage to the port at all and the scratch had been there for a year before it stopped charging. I feel robbed as i paid slightly more that currys price attacted by extended warranty which does not exist any cosmetic crack voids warranty i wish i could put -5 on review
