Fantastic products (2 x velvet jeans), very quick delivery and easy return. Not so happy that they send me a 10% off email the day after, which on £180 was worth having. Rang customer services who said they couldn't refund the 10% 'as they didn't have access to that part of the system'. I find that a bit incredible. So I ordered again with the discount code and sent the other trousers back. Bit ridiculous carry on and it cost Jigsaw another postage and a return postage but there you go.
