I placed an order in December and received it on 9th of January, some of the items were too big and I had to send them back. The return was received on 13th of January according to Parcel Force but after month and a half and multiple emails esprit is still sending the same generic email that returns are delayed due to Brexit by 2-4 weeks, even though it has been a lot longer now. I will contact the relevant ombudsman as I see no other alternative. If there are a lot of people doing the same Esprit might be investigated. Hope that will get me my refund.
