I order a MY Erl vape pen and was so excited. I ordered an additional 4 packs of pods. Out of the 4 packs od pods there were T least 1 in each pack that was leaking all inside the pack and box. I sent photos of the unopened pods leaking all over the place and the customer service rep offered $6 in credit. Mind you the pods were approx $45. I asked if they may be cracked and they would send new ones and was told they shouldn't leak any further. Well they did. I informed them again that when I vaped the pods they were spewing in my mouth and that shouldn't happen. They agreed and offered more credit. This all happened within a week of purchase. So I took the vape pen on vacation and low and behold the thing wouldn't even charge. Probably from all the juice leaking into it. They ask that I send it back and they determined the thing to be defective. All this in just one purchase in less than 8 days. Ridiculous. Although the reps were courteous. This is just unacceptable to go through all of that in just one purchase I was so excited to get.
I feel the company should credit me a new vape pen of my choice. They have not credited my original 4 packs of pods I now have absolutely no use for and they should be credited as well for me to chose another pen and pods to replace the $61 I have already spent. They have refunded the pen but not the original pods that I asked to have replaced from the beginning. Not a good place to do business. They don't stand behind the products they sell.
