I am very disappointed with the Manager of the Cash converter Branch at Mill Road in Cambridge. This Young lady was so mean, Childish and unprofessional. After Purchasing the wrong items and going back to the store for advise, exchange or just to seek a resolution, the woman start shouting at me as if I was criminal. It is normal to go back to the store and make enquires if you are not satisfied with your product.. But this woman, the way she reacted was very unprofessional, and I felt Discriminated, may be due to my skin color.. I am 100% Sure if I was a white young man I wouldn't be reacted upon the way she did. I wonder how she Could be appointed to managerial role in any reputable Company.
