Delay in delivery and lying about it. also took them days to answer my email when I have requested the tracking number because of the delay. then after days I got one that is not even in the system yet so one thing is not deliver what you promised I chose 5-6 business days shipping (I ordered it 13days ago) which happens but lying about it is just unacceptable. I will update my review once I got the products finally. couple of days ago they said I should get it that day or the next one but today I figured they did not even shipped it when they told me that....... the tracking number still not in the system which means they just shipped it (if they did, at this point i have no idea what is happening).
