Our experience here was terrible.
Awful leasing service, awful office service.
The fixtures are old, cheap, and stain almost instantly. Upkeep was questionable, horrible cheap paint splattered on our floor and fridge.
Questionable bookkeeping resulted in over charging pet rent for several months and an awful staggering of utilities payment.
Don't be surprise if you never see your security deposit again when you move out. They will try and hide it in fees any way they can. Do not move here, what you want is somewhere else.
