If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dreadful experience from start to finish, and it's only just finished because I went through Paypal for a refund. I placed an order on 28 Oct 2020 for nearly £500 via Paypal that showed a 5-7 day delivery. Almost 2 months, countless phonecalls, emails, false promises, conversations with numerous different young people 'working from home', later, I returned the half order I received. I didn't receive the other half, and the manager William who is dealing with it, was waiting for evidence that their supplier didn't despatch it. It didn't arrive with me, but that's not good enough for William to give me a full refund. Company promised me numerous times the order had been despatched, but nothing arrived. They will say anything to fob you off. And it's impossible to speak to a manager, just young people working from home who say they can't transfer the call to a manager. Dreadful company. I recommend avoiding.
