He guided me through the process, taking care of submissions to the bank and FOS while I kept him informed of communications received from the bank and FOS to ensure my case continued to progress. While it took a long time (2years!), last week the FOS found in my favour and ALL money was returned to me by me bank!! I could not have hoped for a better outcome.
