There aren’t enough characters to record all the issues we’ve had from Wickes. Every single element of our kitchen design and delivery has been useless, and we used independent fitters! The design was completely wrong from the start which we didn’t realise until half way through building and had to order more parts. We were told the parts were coming and yet when they never arrived and we chased only then did we get told actually they’re not even in stock. Every single time I’ve spoken to customer services I’ve had a different response to the same queries. We’ve had 8 separate deliveries because they kept forgetting to send parts or sent the wrong part and when the arrived they were damaged or had boot marks over the box that had a fragile sticker on. We’ve been sent completely wrong measurements and our whole kitchen has taken 5 times longer than we estimated purely due to Wickes errors. We’ve requested compensation and been offered the most measly amount it’s a joke. I would never use Wickes for anything ever again and would recommend the same to anyone else.
