I was very excited to try their reusable applicator since I had accidentally ordered a bunch of applicator-less tampons and was looking for a solution. Unfortunately though, they only sent me the the bag from the set and nothing else. I emailed customer service and they seemed like they were going to fix the issue and send out another, but then they ghosted me. The set was fairly expensive so it’s a pretty penny to lose to not receive my full order. May have to dispute the charge on my credit card. It’s too bad because it seems like a great product :/
