I have been a monthly paying account customer for 15 years. The service received before now has been good but they have left us high and dry this time. Oil ordered over 2 weeks ago and we were told delivery in 10 days. Nothing received so I have rung three times and they are telling me a further week as they have had no drivers in our area. They delivered to our next door neighbour 2 days ago!!! Why the hell don't they organise things properly so that they deliver to two adjacent houses on the same delivery. I will have to go an fetch an emergency pack if we run out which is likely in this weather. My 85 year Dad is going to be wearing all of his clothes if we run out.
