The company is going downhill!! Their webpage hasn't changed since Kroger bought in 2014- it is so cumbersome, slow, and ugly! The app isn't formatted for iPad. I can't sign-in because "my phone number doesn't match format", yet I receive text messages. Now, my email is invalid although I receive 2-3 emails a day from them!! Last time I order, I waited 10 days to get my shipment, and everything is thrown into a huge box, chips and cans together - most always damaged products! AND at least one lid is defective in every box. And I always seem to have a few items I cleared from my shopping cart that ended up being ordered anyway. Come on, Vitacost / Kroger. You can do better!!! Signed, no longer a "loyal" customer, and looking for somewhere else to shop that isn't Amazon.
