Awful service. After accepting my payment for a pair of off white shoes they then decided to notify my 2 weeks later ( 2 weeks before Christmas) that they didn’t have the size required in stock. They then offered me an alternative pair but as the Black Friday sale was over they were requesting I made a further payment of £40. After asking for them to honour the price as it was their mistake they replied with blunt and rude responses. It then took over a week to get my money back as they kept ignoring my messages. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are unorganised and don’t have and customer service. Take your money elsewhere as you could be waiting weeks to then find out your not getting your shoes.
