It is very easy for there to be little or no communication from the account manager assigned to my account. When they change there is no notification and they are the link.
However, Mike is most helpful and direct. But for him I would not have able to sell some of my purchases- at this time much needed.
Storage charges etc need to be updated to ensure that I/we are not just presented with an eye watering payment demand.
