I paid more than half the cost of the item again in postage and the order (which I needed urgently) didn't arrive until five days later. This was the fault of Royal Mail rather than tradefit, but I was never given the promised explanation for the delay and would be very reluctant to place similar orders in the future: the process is just too unreliable and costly.
