Doorstop was delivered prompted, and a nice little bag of sweets inside. However the door stop itself had this weird bit of plastic which points down seemingly in to the floor. no explanation of how the product is meant to work - do you cut the plastic bit off? Do you drill a hole for the pointy plastic bit. Haven't yet fitted them as can't work it out.
