Very rude business owners. They failed to provide an additional quotation for a window blind without me having to chase numerous times. Failed to return phone calls. Removed our old blinds (only 12 months old we intended using elsewhere) without permission and then wrote to my wife and I falsely accusing me of being abusive all because I got so frustrated and raised my voice on the phone (for which I apologised). Terrible way to treat a customer who spent over £2.5k, and a real pity as their fitting and product were good quality.
