Please Avoid Shopping especially auctions. 1. Won auctions not honoured. 2. won Auctions not shipped 3. Won auctions not able to checkout(technical glitch) 4. extremely appalling Customer services 5.Missing items in the shipment. 6. Delay tactics , Manipulated/fabricated false replies 7. Delay causes out of stock of items. 8. Time wasted on auctions 9. continously chasing their customer services , poor reply via email. 10. High shipping cost. 11. some of the item quality is really poor. 12. you have to return at your own cost 13. customer service team suggests how you should shop and gives their own piece of mind. 14. i had sent them a video and photos of issues but they dont even care. 15. no one from their management team even cared to reply back and improve. although TJC is good in returning the monies , but disappointment in overlall experience . Please please please avoid them if you can.
