Everything, cardboard boxes, tape, protective bags are flimsy and almost unusable. Imagine a standard supermarket cardboard box, well all the ones I got were half the thickness. Imagine a thick polythene bag as mattress protector, the ones I got are like thick cling film, tears easily. The packaging tape was useless, they replaced with selotape which is not much better. Complete waste of money. I have had to make up each box, then cut down a second to use as strengthening. Even the "extra strong Book boxes" are only the thickness of normal boxes. The web site looks good, the products are not.
