I got a groupon for this company - it looked like the perfect surprise gift for my husband. Unfortunately, after redeeming my groupon, the box never arrived. I contacted customer services twice with no reply - worst customer service ever. They will happily take your money but feel under no obligation to either actually provide a product or to provide any form of customer service.
