I visited the Milton Keynes store this morning 2nd October. I wanted to buy some compost but arrived without a coin for the trolley. I spoke to a young member of staff (don't know his name) who quickly got me a trolley and then asked if I'd like help picking up the compost and taking to my car which he did. He was really helpful and cheerful, all good qualities for customer service.
