2 years ago I gave you a 5 star review, now Feb 2022 I phoned to ask about a booking for a few family members for my birthday i asked if it was ok that 1 member of the group was a child I was assured it was fine and even spoke about child menu options, my brother also phoned to check it was ok for a child to attend. So this evening we arrived at the tree to be told children were not allowed after 7 and they didn't even have a child menu I was also informed I hadn't spoken to anybody there my call and my brother's call had been re directed to the head office. I was told I could have a drink if I wish. Totally disgusted with the way I was treated, definitely not the place I went to 2 years ago
