Awful experience and terrible company to deal with. Returns process is overly long and convoluted and their Customer Service team take a long time to respond.
I received a faulty product with very sharp stitching and they asked for photos of the soles of the shoes. Then took three days to ask for further photos of shoes I have not worn and cannot wear. I just want to return the faulty product and receive a refund. As yet, I have not even been given returns details.
