“In 2015 a community team made up of Lewisham police officers and young people from the borough rowed the English Channel raising vital funding for several local charities. The training and event was managed by The AHOY Centre Charity which gave us the opportunity to meet with their staff, participants and beneficiaries. AHOY’s work to divert young people away from crime & improve anti-social behaviour is outstanding and by engaging them in something positive will deter them from crime.”’
