Price of laptop was good, and the spec fitted my needs. Product arrived promptly, was well packaged, and appears to have installed and booted up ok. Only disappointment was that the laptop arrived whilst I was on holiday, and just left on my doorstep for several days. Fortunately it was quite well packaged, but this isn't what I expect for such an expensive item. To be fair the packaging did have a label instructing DPD to not leave the package unattended, but TEKShop needs to ensure that DPD delivers in compliance with the instructions as this was very disappointing.
