This company has plenty of good reviews, but these are based on them being a cafe/shop. There online business is appalling. I found several reviews on reviews.io that were a carbon copy of my experience. 1. Take the money and order straight away. 2. Never follow up to acknowledge what’s happening with your order. 3. You send an email requesting what’s happening with your order. 4. Reply saying they are looking into it. 5. They send another email saying your order is no longer in stock. 6. You then request a refund but no one acknowledges your request. They have now had my money for nearly two weeks. To be secure stick with Amazon.
