I received my something new bridal jacket with my future new last name embroidered on it yesterday. I ordered a black jean jacket and opened my shipped item to a blue Jean jacket. I immediately reached out to customer service and the response I received was “we ran out of the black jean jackets in February but decided to send you the blue one so you weren’t waiting any longer for it to arrive”—-what?! That’s like saying my hair stylist dyed my hair blonde because they were out of black hair dye just to show for the service that was being done. I didn’t get an email about the jacket being out of stock after they charged my card, so they basically decided to charge my card for something I didn’t order thinking they were in the right to do so. I honestly would have gone with another company if I would have known that I wouldn’t be receiving a black version of this jean jacket. Usually if something is out of stock, companies will let they buyer know and give the option to refund the money spent or LET THE BUYER KNOW there are other colors in the item that was bought and ASK if the buyer would be okay with another color. This is a bizarre way to do business in my opinion. I asked if I could be put on a waiting list for the black jacket once it is back in stock. Still waiting on a response with that one. Oh, and their website says they ship out in 2-3 days. They shipped mine a little over a month after I purchased. The website also says they have updated their sizing as of January 13, 2022 so all sizes are true to size. I ordered a large and it fits more like a medium. So make sure to size up if you do decide to order from this company.
