Fitting went ok until the electricians needed to do their part. They needed to wait for bits, but no one told the local scaffold company who came and removed the scaffold as originally directed. Had to wait for scaffold to be put up again before electricians could finish the job. First Electrician that attended didnt have to correct tools, so we had a further wait until they could get someone else down. Was chased and chased for the satisfaction note, which I only sent AFTER all work had been completed. We were told as part of our contract that they would make the first 2 months repayments for us, but surprise surprise have heard nothing from them. Also would like to know about the feed in tariff and government grant but am being completely ignored. I have even tried on Twitter but getting nowhere! This company is all over you with phone calls until they have received the money and then you dont see them for dust!! Be careful!
