I had a bad experience with skyline. I would have given no star at all if allowed. Skyline is non deserving of the one star minimum imposed.
I prebooked a taxi a day before my flight from heathrow airport for 6 a.m.
No one showed up. I had to get my hotel to make another booking that morning.
Consequently, I almost missed my flight. I was the last person to board the plane.
The customer service employees needs some extensive trainings on how to talk to customers.
The one that took my call was borderline rude.
