Hello everyone I’ve read some good reviews here but every day is not a sunny day so i would like to share my experience of misery I’m having since September 2022 Since the day I’ve bought the car there’s an issue with the gearbox and still not resolved Even after having many appointments for the same problem dealt by the same technician all I can see it’s never going to be repaired or replace the gearbox Because my warranty is about to end next month so I requested them to change the gear box if can’t be repaired But they need a reasonable reason for that to be done I wonder the whole one year many appointments same Unsolved problem DO THEY STILL NEED THE REASONABLE reason to change it All I know they sold me the faulty car and gave me warranty because they know how to sell the car but they don’t know or maybe don’t want to retain the customer So I would strongly advise the buyers to be very very careful when buying Skoda especially from CITYGATE SKODA SLOUGH Please look at the appointments pictures on Citygate Skoda Slough website reviews if need evidence Thanks
