Delayed my prescription by 2 months, then i ran out of said prescription, tried to transfer to local pharmacy for pick up but the kicker is that they won’t even answer a phone call and it’s like they don’t exist. I understand this company recently partnered with another so things must be hectic but really left me SOL. Do not use simple health it’s as simple as that 🤷🏻♀️
