I have not yet received my order. I have been in contact with customer service. I have been told to be patient but this has been two or three weeks. I am requesting a full refund. I still don’t have my merchandise. I paid in full. One email says delivered when I contact the customer service they told me that the package was delayed. I don’t know what the truth is. All I know is that I’ve never received it. I was in contact with someone named Gale. (Very professional). My issue is not with Gale. My issue is with the discrepancy in the order that I paid for which has not arrived. And I still have not received a refund. I don’t believe I will be ordering from this company again.
