I had the misfortune of buying goods on eBay from this company. requested the goods be cancelled as I had difficulty contacting the seller when he called me a retard I then had difficulty gaining a refund of my payment.I contacted Shire Door Ltd and entered into a confusing correspondence with someone called Elizabeth who described themselves as the owner.She denied that Shire Doors had an eBay account but they had a warehouse team member who with Shire Doors Ltds blessing did sell goods from their warehouse.I was later told by her that this person was not employed by them but was a poor boy that she felt sorry for with mental health issues.Following some further correspondence this Elizabeth didn't think that the use of such offensive language was the crime of the century and when I suggested that to resolve the matter the male in question donate the item he was selling on eBay to charity Elizabeth threatened me with her lawyers stating that I was trying to bribe and extort their company. If you have a relative or friend who is disabled do not use this company .They have made their views clear on how trivial they regard the use of vile, degrading language like retard I am disgusted and shocked by their overall approach to dealing with this matter and if this is in any way a reflection on how they conduct their business I would not deal with them.""
