Poor return process with inaccurate information. I processed a return for a jacket on 27th December which was purchased for £120. On 2nd January I received an email confirming that the jacket had been received by the retailer and that my refund would be processed in 10 days. Having heard nothing since, I made contact and was then advised that they had checked the tracking status and it had not been received and I needed to give 'more time'. Having checked the tracking status myself it confirms that the item has been received by the retailer. I am extremely dissatisfied with the misleading information I have received. I appreciate covid will delay matters but being told two completely different things is not helpful at all.
