Very happy with the Redpower exhaust. The unit fitted up perfectly and sounds great, especially with the db Killer removed!. The only issue was that shortly after fitting the unit and a quick test ride we noticed that the red insert ring was half out of its position. I clicked the unit back in , thinking that it may not have been installed correctly when assembled in the factory. However, today we went on a 250 mile (420km) ride and when we got home the insert was not there and must have fallen out during the ride. This exhaust is fitted to my Wife's Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX and she is devastated that the ring is missing, as she thought this was the Redpower signature on the exhaust and it did make a statement when it was installed. It would be much appreciated if a replacement ring ( or possibly 2?) could be sent out to us please. Is there any special instructions for fitting? When I pushed it in the first time, it made a definite "click" and it appeared that the little lips clicked in to retain the ring, however it appears that this was not the case.
