I placed my order for an exhaust for my Tiger 900 on 5 May 2023. I know when I ordered that it was “made to order”, so I expected a longer than usual delivery time. However, I don’t receive the order until 16 June 2023. The issue I have with this experience is that I had to ask for updates on the order. This is not what I would expect, it costs nothing to keep customers informed of their order. That way customers know what to expect and know that the retailer values the customer’s business. In this case I felt that I was not valued and that’s disappointing. I was considering ordering another exhaust for my other bike. But given this experience I’m reconsidering.
